New Smyrna Beach chickens

I just decided to see if anyone was from New Smyrna Beach, FL. I cannot have chickens where I live in a condo but I enjoy visiting the Flagler Ave chickens and have not seen as many lately. I know there are a couple of people who feed them but lately I have been wondering why I dont see them around.
