Buy online with PayPal. Just be sure you actually are purchasing the 2010 or the 2016. The new edition may not yet be available online though. Give it a month for that. Use snail mail for the first batch going out mid March.

I would think so, but then I'm not on the committee. Maybe Walt will chime in. I know that they've reinstated the information on selection for production, which is a boon.
