So with wyoDreamer wanting to do 2 sets, that would bring us to the same as 8 people and we do double would make for 16 blocks each....How is every on that?

Don't laugh so hard I am getting dizzy...If you guys have 6 participants, and you are doing double the blocks, that is 12 blocks each.
That is what you originally signed up for.
If you want to keep it at 12 blocks, I am OK with letting this swap stand as is.
I don't want to make things more difficult for anyone.
You can sign me up as a back-up, in-case someone can't finish the blocks for some reason.
If you want to do more blocks, I am willing to join, but don't do this just to allow me to join. 14 blocks is an odd number for a quilt, as is 16. 12 blocks makes a nice 3x4 quilt.
I will continue to lurk and watch for another interesting swap to join. Meanwhile, I will enjoy my newly organized sewing room and create many nifty projects, ... insert manical laughter here ...
