Hi,
My husband and I have talked about raising chickens for years since we both grew up with so.e family .ember that did. We were able to finally move to.a.place with some land and now have 2 coops and 10 Hens. We were gonna wait till spring, but two opportunities were too good to pass up. We have 3 Leghorns,1 Black sexlink,3 RIR,and 3 Austlops. My husband is building a large hen house for them all to cohabitate together in and keep one of the current coops as a quarantined coop. Loving the girls and all their oddities.

Once you've spent time with chickens, they linger on the mind until you have some. So glad you are now able to have your own. :welcome and I know you will find lots of friendly people with copious amounts of knowledge to share as well as plenty of friends waiting anxiously for your photos and stories. Enjoy exploring and joining in here! :highfive:
