Yes! Not organic. But a good feed here that our co-op. And have starting giving them laying pellets. She is in there with them alot, and didn't know if that would have something to do with it.

The key is the hours of daylight where you live. Woodland California the hours go down too low for egg laying(some breeds) at the end of October. Further south is later and further north is earlier.

Hendersons chicken chart lists Domoniques as being winter layers. They will still start laying eggs in winter but will lay a lot more in the Spring

Hi! Okay, this winter try putting a heat lamp in with them! The lamp has light that may help them to lay in the winter. I did this with mine and they laid double-yolkers throughout the winter.
