Hello everyone.
We dont have any chickens just yet. We just moved to Knox County TN last Spring. So many projects so little time
Things should settle down shortly and we are discussing some chickens (we are allowed 6 hens with a permit) either later this summer or next Spring. But I'm finding your discussions most informative and we are learning more and more. Perhaps we will be well prepared when the time comes for us to be chicken owners and lovers.

and Welcome To BYC! Chickens are fun just to have around, you won't regret owning them, and those fresh eggs are a real bonus. X2 on the Learning Center TwoCrows linked you to, and don't forget to check out your state thread for chicken keeping neighbors
