When the chickens were handed over to my parents they were 2-3months old (ma march) so now they're turning 1 (I guess)

Do you just have the two of them? How are they housed? Have you gotten any eggs from them?

How has the rooster injured the hen? How old are they? How much space do they have?
Can you post pictures of them?

I fed her a little bit of spinach and here's a pic of her poop( 5mins ago.) It was watery milky whitish and now it's solid.

That is not a hen. He is a rooster. They will continue to fight until one submits to the other or one of them dies.
You should rehome one of them.
