New to BYC . Desperately in need of Advice/Guidance

Yes, that is definitely another rooster. See the long, thin pointy feathers on his neck and back by the tail? (Hackle and saddle feathers.) They are rooster feathers. On a pullet/hen those feathers are wider and more rounded.

Thank You so much for the quick response. 🙏💟Can roosters not stay together? Is there any way to make them stop fighting? There's no way to give him away due to covid people are scared and the butcher is the only one who will willingly take in to just kill and sell..My dad isn't attched to them and won't care if there's no one willing to have him. I don't want anything bad to happen I love Pepper(his name is pepper) so much. Idk what to do.

You could pen him separately with a few hens that choose him. They would also need their own coop.
Sometimes in a free range situation, two males can be relatively peaceful with each other but fights will still break out from time to time.
Once he's recovered you can take pictures of him and post ads for him for a new home. It takes time but people do take roosters and cockerels for their flocks. I've rehomed 7 such birds. Three during the Covid-19 era.

I will surely keep tht in mind. Hopefully there's a possibility to make a new big space and if there's no way then I will post ads for him.
