New to BYC from Oklahoma

Hello to all. Im new here and new to having chickens. Although you couldnt tell with how many I have now. 19 hens 2 roosters 10 chicks and 2 baby ducks. But i still have alots of queations. I have googled most and have came across this site quite a bit the last few days. So I decided I would join.

I have looked and looked. Cant find anything yet. Ive started the incubator and the humidity is staying around 68 and i read that i cant open it in the fiest 24 hours. What do i do?
