If you have a feed mill close, many of them will do custom orders to be shipped in with their orders. Otherwise, you could also check your local groups on Facebook, as now there are a lot of folks hatching. You could maybe find some reasonably close to you.
We're next to you in Wisconsin and raise silkies. As long as you have an insulated, draft-free, but ventilated coop for them, most breeds will be fine. We do happen to keep our coops to 40F though.
