I'm doing some Humanitarian work in Guatemala. Started raising chickens to create jobs for some Mayan people and have the selling of chickens at 6 weeks to pay for their wages. The flavor of the eggs and chickens are fantastic. I am hoping to start raising chickens in my backyard as well.
