Hobbist Farmers - I say gentleman farmer, but that doesn't go over well with the self proclaimed farmer wife.
We are new to BYC, can't imagine we didn't find this place sooner!!!
We have a varied number of chickens - that at times total around a hundred. Jersey Giants, Lav. Orp., then of course our meat birds.
Also on the farm we have Tufted Roman geese, Blue Swedish, Cayuga and Wood ducks.
Pygmy goats too!
Enjoy our fowl and animals, knowing where our food comes from and who is getting our chicks.
