(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes I am new to chickens. I adopted a close friends flock back in march.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
12 plus two ducks ( I started out with more but a few decided to be roos and I had a some new chicks escape)
(3) What breeds do you have?
5 buff orpingtins ( my older ladies) 3 americanas, Barre rock, comet, long island red , black Australorp and 2 indian runner ducks
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love to garden
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have two little boys who love the chickens and ducks. I also have three dogs, 2 mini doxies and a Shepard hound mix. I grew up on a farm so having some animals is normal. I've always wanted chickens now that I have a flock I am wanting a few more.
