All varieties of marans can have clean or feathered feet, it just depends on the breeder/breeding stock

Thank you both I am learning so much! Can’t believe how different EE’s can look!!!! Also realized one of my Marans are most likely FRENCH bc of her feathered feet (she’s fancy) @RoostersAreAwesome @fluffycrow

No problem! Yes, EEs can look quite differently. EEs are just a mix breed that lay colored eggs, so they can vary quite a bit in appearance, they aren't bred to a standard
