New to chickens... again

Hi and welcome!
I love the coop with the license plates and everything, looks very nice! I think you can still use this for young chicks now and possibly in the future or to temporarily separate chickens if needed. Or salvage parts of it for a remake. I'm tempted to say you could remove the inside wall and add walls and flooring to the run area but the wood is probably not sturdy enough for that as is...

Nobody here beats anybody up!
We are all here just trying to help by passing on our years of experience so new chicken keepers don't make big mistakes that may cost them their birds or negatively impact their lives.
