I have been wanting chickens for a while and when I found a propagator in my shed I decided to try and hatch some chicks, I am so exited but this is my first time so any tips appreciated the eggs have been incubating for 36 hours now and I'm wondering if t
here if anyway I could know if they are fertile/ developing?

Glad you could join the flock! I love incubating and hatching. It's so rewarding when you see the new life emerge into the world from the egg. My top tip would be double check your temps and humidity with a thermometer and hygrometer you know to be correct. If your incubator has been out in the shed and not used for a while it may be a little off. What incubator are you using?
At 36 hours there will be very little to see if anything at all from candling them. You would be best candling at day 7 when development should be visible in any viable eggs.
