New to chickens and live in Az

Baby chicks usually do fine in the heat, as long as they have water, feed, and shade.
Are you noticing anything else from her ot the rest of the flock?
Discharge from eyes or nostrils? Sneezing or coughing? Are the flocks combs healthy looking? Check their pupils for strange shapes or cloudiness. Note any gait problems or head shaking?
I'm going to suggest that you make a post in the Emergency forum. We have some members who are excellent at diagnostics and treatment.

No head shaking like I did with the chicks I saved. Just slow side motions. No eye or nasal discharge or cough or sneeze! I'm afraid she has heat stroke because it has been pretty hot! My others seem ok for now and I have a eye on them all day long. Have shades, pools(2) and misters going all day long! Giving her electrolytes, medicated chicken feed that I give the baby chicks soaked in the electrolytes and garlic water just in case its an infection! She is very lethargic and doesn't open her eyes? Not sure what to do and this is days 3. Her poop seems to fluctuate from solid to watery with green! I have been doing my homework but kinda at a loss and don't want to lose her;

Don't have time to read the whole thread just now. Try treating for heat stress with Gatorade or a cup of water with a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt and baking sofa.
