Hello, Cody, and welcome to BYC. Some people do maintain all drake flocks, but they must be monitored to assure that they do not gang up on the weakest individual and try to breed him. Hotwire around your pen would be a good predator deterrent.

I'll start googling on how to keep all males, and separate them out for safety. Thank you!

I would definitely use a hot wire if you can't get hardware cloth. Many predators can rip right through chicken wire.
