@Shadrach @C Siena Siena is exactly right!! I'll know better thanks to you... Or if I don't, I'll at least know it's all my own fault But seriously, that was an amazing article. I couldn't believe what you wrote about Random. Or rather—I can believe it, and it says so much outside of the common narrative about roosters existing only to mate, fight, and (at best) act as sentries. I'm so glad I read it early on so I could mess up a little less in my behavior towards them!
