New to chickens in Elk Grove, CA

I also live in elk grove. I was wondering what the ordinance was. But does it matter what part of elk grove u live!

If anyone is reading this or is subscribed, you should know that they are considering code changes about keeping chickens, potentially making it much more restrictive, this Wednesday, Dec 10, 2014, at the 6pm City Council Meeting.

Item 9.4 concerns chickens. Nate Anderson with City Planning has been a great help to us but says it would be great to have some pro-chicken supporters there.
