New to chickens

Hi! I'm very new to chickens! Just got them -today- actually. We have 15 hens -- 2 buff orpingtons, 3 lavender orpingtons, 2 australorps, 2 easter eggers, 2 barred rocks, 2 buff brahmas, and 2 blue splash marans.

I have two stepsons and we have a baby on the way. My husband and I bought our 15 acre farm this summer. This is my first venture into 'farm' animals. We have dogs, cats, a hedgehog, a bearded dragon, fish, and a guinea pig too.

Just wanted to say Hi and hopefully I will learn a lot here.
