Hi! So I recently got a few chickens...problem is we are not allowed to have roosters. I got 4 from a friend who simply could not keep them and then 4 from a local "chicken guy"
Our original 4 from "chicken guy" he was pretty confident picking all the hennies. However my friend got straight run from Tractor Supply. Sigh.. Of the 4 there is one that seems to rule the roost and now she/he has started pecking and jumping on my other 4 and they SCREAM when it does it. Is this normal? Are they just getting the pecking order in place? Here's the trouble maker, these are a few weeks older than our four...
