New to chickens

Hi, we are new to the whole chick/chicken world. We have 5 chicks between the ages of 2 - 4 weeks old. While cleaning out there tote I noticed a red mucous looking poop. Not sure which one it is and not sure if it anything to be concerned about. All seem to be acting normal
Can anyone help?

Welcome to BYC. Can you post a picture of the poop? Sounds like one or more might have Coccidiosis. If you live in the US you could try treating with amprolium
