new to chicks, help??

my chicks are aprox 7days old and have been doing fine. At about 4 days we started petting them in the brooder and yesterday started taking them out for a min or 2 (depending on how they reacted). While holding one of the RIR today, it pooped on me.(no biggy) The poop looked supper liquid and loose. I was worried that she might be sick? Was she just scared, or should I be worried? When looking in the brooder I can see a few spots that look like they might be loose poop. We change the water daily or 2 times a day, and the food every few days. We cleaned the brooder yesterday and are on an every 3-4 day schedule with that. They are on medicated crumbles. Any help??
