New to ducks and will have some 4 weekers soon. Advice needed

Actually I just picked up four ducklings and they are one week old and they are arconas??? Is this the right spelling. Also they threw in a black Spanish turkey now I really need advice lol
 
Probably anconas, nice!

Feed them treats in the house before you even leave them out for the night so they will associate good times with being in the house.
