Hello all,
I've been reading for a while but just created an account today to try and get some help determining Gender of my Standard Cochins I'm at a loss. I'll post 3 pictures each of the 3 that I have. I hatched these in my incubator around April 22nd. I promise my coop isn't dirty :/ I keep a layer of sand in the bottom to make it easier to clean so it looks really dirty but it is sand, not poo I promise.

Sorry, but to me, it looks like you have three roosters. The first one is certainly a rooster, and I'm pretty sure about the second one. I'm not 100% sure on the last one, though.

I've went back and forwards on them, at first I thought I had one rooster and 2 hens, then thought 3 roosters, then today thought 2 hens and a rooster again :/ the one that's outside the coop stands more upright than the other two, the other two walk more squat and closer to the ground, only one looks like it has "Saddle feathers" thus far is what's throwing me off, but I understand cochins are harder to sex

and the big reason I keep going back to having either 2 hens and a rooster or 2 roosters and a hen is one has the "puff ball" tail and the other twos tails stand up a little more but I guess that ddoesn't really help determine gender that much either. I'd love to have at least ONE hen LOL They're supposed to be my hatchers next year :D
