New to Group

I'm not new to raising Chickens, but we just got back into it...BIG TIME! Last month I acquired A Frizzle Cochin Roo and 3 Hens from a friend. They started laying the day after we brought them home! It was so exciting getting fresh eggs daily...the purpose of getting back into raising Chickens. We recently purchased 14 Black Copper Marans, 1 Blue Copper Marans, and 6 Lavender Orpingtons (all three days old) from a local breeder. They are doing fantastic! Two days later we purchased 4 Silver Laced Wyandottes and 4 Rhode Island Red pullets (2 weeks old). I am loving planning new coops and researching other breeds. Future breed for us include Australorps and Ameraucanas.

I made an album on my profile with pics of our Chickens/Chicks. I also added pics of our newly acquired Black Australorp Pullets. We had no intentions of getting anything else at this time, but when we found these that were sexed, we couldn't resist!
