new to hatching my own

I am new to all this, so I have lots of questions. I have to hatch 3 different kinds of eggs for a class project. I have chosen turkey, ducks and chickens. But having a hard time finding chicken eggs to hatch. I would like the serama bantams because of their size. A few turkens would be fun. But I am having a trouble finding them at a reasonable price. I live in oregon, does anyone know where I can get them or have them shipped to me? Any help is appreciated.
