I have alway hatched my eggs in trays with the little end down and have never hand turn a egg ever. Last week 21 out of 22 eggs hatched the week before 17 out of 17 eggs. My incubator turn the eggs ever hour tem at 99.5 humidity 50% I leave the eggs in the incubator till they are ready to hatch than move to the hatcher temp and humidity the same as the incubator too much humidity can drown the chick. The trick to hatching peafowl is to have a good incubator that you can control the temp and humidity. Iwould leave them and let the turner turn the eggs sound like they are doing good.
