Welcome Could you get another (or 2) polish and keep them in a secure section of the coop?

I was thinking of doing that but recently she has an issue with lice. And I also don't want to contaminate the other birds. She just can't seem to keep them off. I'm still treating her for that.

Welcome to BYC. Sadly but realistically in mixed flocks Polish frequently become targets. A separate area with other Polish or rehoming may be the only solutions.

Also if I rehome her lice issue needs to be fixed first.
