Welcome to BYC! Agree with the others that say to check out the coop forum or even the coop articles! Quite a few people here that get some rough winters, but they have great tips to make it work!

I had a polish Pullet who was very picked on. In the middle of winter she looked so cold I took her inside the house. After two days I put her back in the coop. She went strait into a corner of the coop, and the next morning she was dead

Now I know better, and I hope that won't happen to me again.

That was years ago, though I still miss poor Rayray. She was my first polish chicken.

Try adding one of the other hens with the loner to see if they will bond. Assuming it’s picking, and not the pecking order. If that doesn’t work, get goats.

I had her with some but didn't work out.

You do have a dilemma. I think you're going to have to figure out how to get heat to the coop if she has to be there and kept separate.

Welcome Could you get another (or 2) polish and keep them in a secure section of the coop?

Welcome to BYC. Sadly but realistically in mixed flocks Polish frequently become targets. A separate area with other Polish or rehoming may be the only solutions.
