well here's a question no one has asked....are the given bators still air or forced air?.....do either have a fan?
If the bator has a fan...the temp should be at 99.5

If it's a still air (no fan) the temp should be 101.5 at the top of the egg

I have 2 hovabators The first on is square,no fans with an auto turner The Second one is Round,no fan,no turner. If anyone has any info on these Hova bators ,Hit me with it. Thank you

Is there model numbers on them? Hova-Bators original incubators were square and looked more like the Little Giants. Now they are more rounded. The rounded one is probably a 1602n which is a still air incubator. I did add a fan to mine. Now the temperature and humidity stay more consistent.
