Yeah, I bought one like yours and was having trouble with it so I ended up buying a brinsea and then using the other one for lock down and hatching! My first hatch was iffy but I still ended up with 20 hatching, just don't give up on them. I almost did and then surprise they hatched! Good luck and Keep us updated!
