New to Incubating Temp Question

We have been using a LG incubator for our first hatch of two duck eggs someone gave us an old Roll-X incubator and I downloaded the instructions plugged it in to warm up it now is close to a temp of 108-110 and I have the knob turned all the way down? Any help with this one do I need to replace something or am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Maybe you turned it all the way up??? I know at first the little picture arrows were confusing to me. (108-110 should be as high as it will go)

I have a still air LG and haven't had any trouble keeping right between 99-101. It's possible that you got a bad one, but I really just think you have it cranked all the way up instead of down.
