New to raising chickens help identifying breed and sex

I got 10 chicks fro tsc ( Hoover Hatchery) their brown egg layers. They are now 16 weeks old and one is much larger than the others. I don’t know what breed This buff colors chicken is or if this a rooster. Please help.
