New to raising chickens in NC!

Hello y'all!
I am a first time chicken mom, or mom to be. I built an incubator and am trying to hatch 3 minorca chicks. I picked them up today from a friend and they are snuggled in their box at 99 degrees. I figure I have at least 21 days to get my coop ready. Me and my 3 kids are so excited about raising them, we have been scouring the web looking for info when we found this site. A bunch of great info here...so I decided to join. I know I will have lots of questions/advice to ask. Thank you in advance for any help.

You can keep your chicks outside from when they're about four weeks old if your temps are warm.
