New to site & chicken raising!

Hello and Good Evening!
My name is Sherry & I live in Seattle, WA

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am new to chickens, and I got my first flock on 2/27/2020!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I got 6 chicks @ 2 days old. They are now a little over 4 weeks!

(3) What breeds do you have?
2 Buff Orph's
2 Easter Eggers
1 Rhode Island Red
1 Barred Plymouth Rock

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I use to dislike anything with feathers, but I have grown to love these chickens! I enjoy feeding and giving them water, and watching their reactions with every action that I do. It's adorable.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I like anything outdoorsy, traveling, and eating! I also like to work on DIY projects and arts and crafts. I learned to crochet watching Youtube, along with lots of other projects. I also love dancing, music & movies.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am the middle child with 2 brothers. I have a 17 year old cat, raised from a kitten, and 2 dogs. A shiba Inu (12y/o) & a Lab (6y/o). I was born & raised in NYC - city girl by birth, farm girl at heart. :) Moved to Seattle due to work & have been with the company for over 5 years.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D
I found BYC from googling "what to do with bullying chicks", LOL. I just posted a thread! Hopefully some of you can help me :) Looking forward to being part of this community. Cheers and thank you!

It’s nice to meet you!

Hey Sherry :welcome
What is the breed of that white chick with the black stripes down their back? They look awesome! Maybe one of the Easter eggers? They are all adorable : )
Hello!
Yes its a Easter Egger! Both striped chicks are EE's :)
They are now quite plump and don't look quite the same, none the less still got lots of white in them.
