new to site worried about bubbles from chickens nostril?

hi we are new to keeping chickens and have a query? we have 2 & both seem very happy in themselves, eating & drinking, scratching around in the garden etc. however weve noticed one of them occasionaly seems to get these 'bubbles' from her nostrils and her nostrils seem dirty?? any ideas , advice very welcome.

Do your birds have any other symptoms like smelly breath, or yellow discharge coming from there nose?
