No my chickens are not laying yet they hatched out in March. Question though, they are locked in the coop at night and let out around 5:30 a.m. then they are free range, will they go back to the coop to lay eggs or will I have to go hunting for eggs? Open to suggestions please. Not sure what the difference of an EE and an Ameraucana, we were told they were the later but love them just the same.
