New to the chicken world

    I have no experience with chickens. I wanted fresh eggs and I now have 8 spoiled rotten baby chicks. I'll take all the advice I can get

    Welcome to BYC. How old are your chicks, and what breeds did you get? Some breeds lay sooner than others.

    I have 2 cuckou marans. 2 barred rocks, 2 Delaware 2 rhode island. My 2 marans my marans are 4 weeks old. Rhide Island are 3 weeks. Barred rock are 2 weejs and Delaware are 1 week
