Hey Everyone.
My name is Nikki from Pa Ive always wanted chickens and now that we finally bought a home down in the country side where i grew up. I want to raise chickens turkeys and ducks. Chickens and turkeys for a meat source for our family. Ducks just because I loved having them on our farm when i was growing up. My fiance said he would build me a chicken coop. We want to do a great job that lasts but I dont want to spend a fortune. We do have 3 children and a wedding we are planning . ( my two oldest 8 and 10 are from my first marriage)- their father was a USMC and passed away about 3 years ago in the line of combat. And our youngest is 14 months which my is my fiance and i daughter.
Any who. I am looking for all education / advice / tips /tricks for raising these wonderful birds.
