new to the forum and chickens

hi,ive recently got 8chickens,im really unsure of the sex of 2 of them.its a rhode island red and copper maran,theyre about 12 weeks old,the rhode island reds tails feathers have started bending over,i was told a way to tell the sex is a perfect arch in the tails feathers but she/he has got a couple of bigger ones ,is there any way i can tell,i really dont want to have to get rid of them,but the neighbours owuld kick off with a noisy cock,(.thanks.

hiya thanks for replying,ive only got individula head pics of them will take some tom when its light,the black one im not sure of the tail feathers look all battered like something nibblled them,i was told to push the tail feather up and they should be perfectly round for a female not sure if this is true,i really really dont want to have to get rid of asny of them,xx

I don't see any roos either, but yes, indivdual shots would be better...see what you can do and repost.

i do hope ur right,cinnamon my rhode island red and coppa the black marran at the back are my 2 favs(apart from a black polish).will post some tom afternoon,xx
