Hey y'all I'm a stay at home mama, I raise chickens for eggs and pets. That being said, every time I google something about them, it brings me here to read about. I figured it was time to join.

Right now we have right around 30. Variance is breeds and age. First got into chicken raising 2 years ago, now cant imagine without them.
Americaunas, Wyandottes, Plymouth Rocks, Salmon Favorelles, Marans, Sussexes and a few 'surprise they aren't what the breed in the bin was'... but I love them all anyways.
 
Hello and welcome to the forums! My bride @AngelCyn and I just got into chickens this years (she grew up on a commercial egg operation, but that's much different to a back yard flock) and are both fairly new to the forums as well. We have a flock of 18 bantams, 15 full sized ones and 16 full sized pullets in a brooder. We went the route of a very diverse flock as well although the bantams are mostly silkies. You've found a great spot for information, motivation and support!
