Hi welcome to BYC! Since you live in a rainforest I would get a strong netting roof for security and the runs fencing should go into the ground

So...we don't really need anything for security measures because all the predators-mongoose and hawks just stay away. We're at an elevation of 2000 and the problem that we're having is, winter months with A LOT of pouring rain. We have a coop but, it's literally on the ground so, now we're having a problem with mud
