New to the site and chickens!

Hi! Family of 5 here with three being children ages 8, 7, 5. We have recently bought a new house with lots of land and have also acquired three 3-week old chicks. We are loving our baby chicks and enjoying watching them and giving a few snuggles! We have one who is very adventurous and is always roosting on the edge of our brooder. I think she is just extra curious! So far no questions but reading anything and everything to learn as much as I can!

Please put a wire cover on your brooder. They can fall out and get injured or fly out and not be able to get back into the brooder. It also helps keep any pets away.
