So should I just take them all out and would they then still be good for kitchen use

If it were me and the hen hadn't been sitting on them, I wouldn't discard them. They're all less than 20 days old. I let mine sit on the counter longer than that for consumption. If unsure, crack each before use into a bowl to give it the sniff test. If they don't stink, they're good.

Good morning to all so im excited because I took 2 eggs from the firts clutch that I spoke of an if put them in my homemade incubator the 1st of october and I candled just now and the veins is starting to form:-)

It always scares me to only have 2 eggs in the incubator in case only one hatches, unless you have other chicks or more about to hatch.
 
That's great. I guess you'll slip the chicks in with the hens after their eggs hatch.
