New to this

Every time I think I can tell pullet from cockerels the bird changes and I am clueless again. We have 3 Polish one about 9 weeks and 2 about 4 to 5 weeks. I have no idea what I have. I thought 3 pullet then 1 pullet... Help please..Also have this silkie and unknown breed Bantam. Your help is greatly appreciated!
