New too chickens!! About a year in

I have a awesome Plymouth Rock that I saved from the M.S.P.C.A and lauded an egg the first day... But has nothing but issues since. Acting great but picked on constantly and strange poop... Last week I found what was a shell less egg coming from vent.. Recovered great! Up'd oyster shell and vitamins and still no eggs.. Still strange poop... Been in new environment for 3 weeks still very worried!

maybe she had these issues before and that's why they dumped her. She pretty. Maybe she has worms or mites, things that are throwing her off.

Ok so today my Plymouth "checkers" laid a shell less egg..... I put plenty of oyster shell in her food.... And she eats it!!! What else can I do..... Help!
