It's delicious! Kind of like a perfumy apple. It's great on toast or crackers! I stumbled upon this recipe in my grandmother's cookbook from the 1930s.

ETA: I can also offer Zucchini Bread (with or without walnuts) x 2 large loaves, 2 large loaves of peach, strawberry, apple, blueberry or amish bread, or 2 large loaves of homemade white yeast bread.
