The fox dropped Chester and turned to bite Apollo. He bit down on his foot and growled. Chester got up and went to help.

Apollo fell on the ground and struggled to pull his foot away.

The fox got scared and dropped Apollo. It ran into the bushes as fast as it could. The other one still clamped on to Chester.
